Notes
1. Minimum charge is one session at the agreed rate
2. Bookings in excess of 4 hours will be charged at the relevant hourly rate
3. In the case of individual bookings a deposit of £100.00 will be required in advance. This will be refunded in whole or in part if no additional costs fall to the village hall as a consequence of the booking
4. All amendments to regular/multiple bookings shall be advised at least 7 days in advance
